"This hotel at a different location would be at 1/4th the price
Staff is amazing but too much, overwhelming most of the time.
Entrance to the Machu Picchu park is limited to the same times as the masses of tourists which diminishes the value of staying up at this lodge significantly.

"We had a lovely room with comfy beds and a great shower after our Inca Trail hike. The included dinner was good and the spa services were excellent. The staff was also very helpful holding our bags and delivering them to our room.. We also enjoyed walking around the area around the hotel and the market and it was only a block to walk to the train station."

"The staff was excellent, friendly, accommodating and happy. There where a few minor issues when we arrived but they were soon addressed to my satisfaction. Comfy beds, hot shower, good wifi. Centrally located, a short walk from the train station and near dozens of restaurants, shops and bars. A good value."
