What truly made this place unforgettable was the exceptional staff and customer service. Every single team member was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. The breakfast each morning was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared — easily one of the highlights of our trip. A very special thank you to the owner, who went completely above and beyond for us. Due to our flight arriving late, we were stressed and worried about transportation and meals, but the owner personally arranged everything for us — including our taxi, meals after arrival, and even helped organize trips during our stay. That level of care and hospitality is incredibly rare and made us feel truly valued and taken care of. This resort delivers not only luxury and beauty, but heart. We left feeling like family and cannot recommend this place highly enough. If you are looking for a flawless beachfront getaway with world-class hospitality, this is the place to stay. "My unit had balconies of different views: Chania view with the sea, snow-capped mountain view, and olive grove view with the sea! Well-maintained modern hotel and the owner helped me what I needed very quickly. I truly appreciate that. it was an off-season and quiet around, but still able to find cafes and bakeries when I drove 5 min to the town.The tavern in front of the hotel offered big cretan meals which made me very happy as well. "

From the moment we arrived, our hosts Mariana and Elisabeth went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. Their kindness and attention to detail really made a difference.The villa itself was absolutely stunning - modern, spotless, and incredibly spacious, with breathtaking views over the sea, the small island, and the surrounding olive groves. The pool was perfect, beautifully maintained and the ideal place to relax.It was a perfect getaway for our family; peaceful, luxurious, and everything we could have hoped for. We can’t recommend Villa Elisabeth View highly enough and would love to come back one day!"

"Rooms are like Villas, bathroom, living room kitchen/dining area, then bedroom and large patio, all fantastic. Location was actually on the beach, could not be closer Shopping was a 2 mins walk to the main street with an abundance of restaurants. Free buffet Breakfast was good, and had poolside snacks and dinner here also because the food was so good. Our shower drain did not drain properly, that was my only complaint. All the staff seemed friendly but there was 1 guy in particular at the front desk that was exceptional, he was a local Greek guy, by the name of Kostas, who really took the time to make you feel welcome and took the time to write down all the best little places to go. Great worker and nothing was a bother to him. I would have this guy work for me anywhere."
