We were first given a room on the ground floor and upon entering saw that the fridge had malfunctioned and there was water all over the floor and a bad smell. When we talked to the employee at the front desk they were extremely helpful and understanding and made sure the room that they transferred our reservation to was clean. The location is excellent"

"We had a wonderful stay at The Inn on Onset Bay. Our room was immaculate with a spacious. modern bathroom. The mattresses were so comfortable. Our room had a microwave, fridge and sink which was very nice. There was a veranda off our room that overlooked the harbor. Fantastic! There’s a patio where you can relax and bbq if you so wish. The management was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again."
