"I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The room was spotless — everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. And the bathroom? Absolutely huge! "The hotel is undergoing a refurbishment. My room was one that has been upgraded and it is done to a high standard. The apart-hotel room is spacious, clean, comfortable and I would recommend it. There are some sound issues with the adjoining room, but this is pretty minor. The location is excellent for trains, metro and walking into Vieux Lille. "

"Check-in by very polite gentleman was quick and easy, with all information regarding breakfast times, club facilities etc being shared. Bedroom and Bathroom was exceptionally clean, with toiletries, hairdryer, enough coat hangers. Towels and bedding very good quality and bed was very comfortable. Only comment I would make is to place a water flask / jug into the room to avoid numerous trips to the water dispenser."
