Staff were extremely helpful, lovely large room for our family clean and tidy with proper beds for everyone. we had 2 singles and one double very comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyed but all which is impressive for our very fussy young child. Just off the motorway was very simple to get to with car parking. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Great modern hotel on the outskirts of Lille and adjacent to a shopping centre. Room was considerably larger than other B&B Hotels I have stayed at. Very well kept and staff very helpful. Parking is on level -3 of the adjacent Lillenium multi-storey car park (signed from the road) with a lift directly to the hotel.

Lovely hotel

The hotel was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean, well maintained and comfortable. It is also close to the metro, so travelling around was easy.

Great for families

The staff made this hotel. They were so friendly. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. It was nice that they did proper family rooms with a double and 2 single beds. So many hotels class a pull out sofa bed as a family room.

Lovely place to stay, Room was perfect size for us to have space. Staff were friendly throughout our stay. Bit of a walk into the main part of Lille from hotel but was nice to walk through places we might not have seen. Hotel being attached to shopping centre was convenient too popping out for food and a look around. Would stay there again.

Reasonably cheap hotel which we used as a base for travelling into the centre of Lille or driving out to the surrounding areas. Hotel is clean but limited dining facilities in the hotel and surrounding area so recommend getting the metro into the city centre.

It was a good stay. Typical European hotel room – Small and we had two twin beds. Restaurant was good and food was tasty.. Thankfully there was hand soap available because I had forgotten to bring mine from home. And it had a very nice flavor. It was really nice and worked really well as shampoo also

The hotel is new and clean. Conveniently located near a mall so shopping is very easy. If you need anything to buy in the supermarket its just a few steps away. Prices in the bearby supermarket is very reasonable too. Lille France is a great place to visit.

Booked for my student for interim of a study abroad program when his dorm closed. He said it was nice and clean, in a nice area. Only issue was that the wifi signal was not good or consistent so he had to purchase data for his phone.

Loved that our Room was large. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast spread for a good price. Certainly didn’t like the fact that there was no complimentary tea/ coffee or kettle in the rooms. The wifi connectivity was also a stinker; very unstable.

Reason hotel

Our room wasn't ready until after 2.30pm but it was clean and tidy and reasonably spacious. Friendly staff on reception and the issues we had were resolved quickly, ie. the bathroom had a sliding door that wasn't fitted correctly and fell off. The room does have aircon but is not great and the windows do not open so it got quite warm. Hotel has a bar but it closes at 11pm which is a shame as not really anything else in the area. Breakfast had a good selection, but it can get busy at certain times. The hotel is located just on the outskirts of town with a good public transport link. A bit of a strange arrangement with parking in that you have go out and back into the car park every 24 hours to get a new ticket as it shares the car park with the shopping centre next door.
