Marvin’s studio condo is well kept, in a nice location with all amenities nearby, a small misunderstanding at the start of the trip resulted in extra fees (listing says no hidden fees, but there is a 400 peso per night pet fee which was not communicated until after the booking) All in all though it was a good stay, and I would highly recommend Marvin and his condo to anyone staying in the area.
Stayed 21 nights in Nov 2025
