"Our experience for generally good. They do try to go out of their way. We enjoy it. The complimentary confirm afternoon tea and nice rooftop outdoor patio on the 17th floor. The company of property services is actually above expedition but the people themselves I did not find friendly or one want short and straightforward. Afternoon tea was a nice touch. Breakfast is also a bit lucky for options but also good. The rooms themselves are very clean, well appointed, comfortable. One would expect in a hotel room"

"Beautiful looking hotel, very clean, the mattress was super comfy and the bed was huge, the staff was really helpful. We didn’t have enough time to go into the pool (which they can heat up for you!) and sauna. We had a view of the pool from our balcony; great looking ‘indoor’ pool without a ceiling with nice view of the sky. Wish we could have stayed longer."

Great staff, the buffet breakfast was absolutely awesome, room was incredible, spacious and clean and very comfortable. Mere walking distance to My Khe Beach, close to airport and dozens of great little restaurants within walking distance. We had such an awesome stay, thank you Sunny Ocean."
