The staff was nice and the bed was comfortable, the linen and towels all smelled very nice. The view was good - ocean and a few hotels. This is like the second line of buildings after the beach. The area is nice with good restaurants and walking distance to beautiful beach. The hotel is old, the pool and gym are not clean or at all taken care off. The breakfast was ok but they didn’t refill the food and we were there like 8:30. The hotel needs renovations and the walls are very thin. You hear everything and there is alot of renovations going on in the area so if you are sensitive to noise - bring earplugs. Overall okay for this price but the pictures looked way nicer than the actual hotel..

A Friendly Place

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk to beach areas. Many, many, restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Absolutely loved this property. The view was mesmerizing from the room and hotel was right in the centre with so many dining options nearby. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Rooms were ok, but floors and stairs were always filled in with furnitures and other matresses from other room. Breakfast was decent and proposed a lot of variation. Pool was unfortunately close for the first week but then got extended for another 2 weeks. The staff forgot to register me to the local police (after I expressively asked then to help). This was ultimately resolved thanks to the help of the staff but these are the some things that makes the whole experience harder than it should have been.

windows are not clean - understandable because proximity to the sea. breakfast is very basic but you get a sandwich and juice. very good for the money pool is very basic but overall the location makes it up and beds and room are clean

I stayed here last year, and although it is an older building, its location and price make this a worthwhile stay. This time, I opted for a long term stay (3 months) so my rent was just $400 per month. The ocean view is great and many restaurants are within walking distance.

This is a older hotel situated only 2 blocks from the My An Beach. Hotels shows its age but our room was well kept and clean. The king size bed was comfy. Not to mention the beautiful ocean view. Its only a block or two to the An Tourn tourist district. With many restaurants and pubs close by that you can choose local or international food. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Will stay here again when next time we visit Da Nanh.

I stayed at Nhat Mingh for a whole week, and it was the perfect location from which to explore Da Nang and the surrounding area. The hotel staff rocked, and each and every member was very accommodating. The free breakfast was nice perk; however, at times I thought it could have been a bit better. But I did love the little spring rolls that they served.

They try, but unfortunately the fact remains that there’s karaoke on the street in front until midnight. Construction started at 6 am and in full swing by 7 am. Breakfast isn’t worth going. Other than that … it’s walking distance to the beach and the staff are apologetic and nice. What can you do…..?!

Hit and miss

For the price the hotel was ok ish. The breakfast was not good ( we missed 5 out of the 7 days because it wasn’t good. No buffet, a minus with about 5 items on it they bought to you. If you don’t fancy rice or noodle soup for breakfast it really limits you. Warm orange juice. No milk for tea or coffee only condensed milk. The room was spacious but a bit dated. The air conditioning wasn’t cold enough to keep the room cool so slept outside the sheets every night. Right enough we did have a sea view as described, if you looked either side of the foliage covered hotel in front of us. It is in a prime area from the beautiful beach. A road back. You have to get a taxi to get into the centre of Da Nang. Or rent a motorcycle although the roads are mad. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. ( although room service did knock on the door early at times 08.00-09.00 to ask if we wanted the room serviced. Our rooms windows stretched from ceiling to floor but you are wise not to open the curtains as the room will heat up like a greenhouse or worse still you will have two hotels able to look at your every move. The room did have a massive big comfortable bed, which is the main thing. Saying all this Da Nang and surrounding area is special and the Vietnamese people so so friendly, food and tours are great. Can’t wait to get back. I don’t think I would use this hotel again though.

Close to the beach. Lots of good resturants near the hotel. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They also rent motor bikes to guests so that was also nice. The rooms were nice and cleaned well. The gym and pool are very small.

Such a good location and hotel. Originally had a mix up on my fist day in which i was allocated the wrong room but the second onwards was so worth it. The view from my room was worth every dollar spent. Lovely staff working here also.
