If you book a cheaper room like classic room, you’re going to get a better TV that’s smart TV so you can watch Netflix and Amazon prime If you book a more expensive room like executive suite, you will get an older non-smart TV and cannot watch any Amazon or Netflix Just another one of the things at this hotel that makes no sense!!! "Great location and staff service. I was on the higher floor and it was quiet. KareKare was good, breakfast was ok. Lots of restaurants around. My fave was Andoks bbque, sisig, chicken inasal. Also, Club Royal was around the corner. There was also a liveband with food with lots of tables- the food and drinks where cheap, beer and one ulam for 200pesos. Poblacion or burgos Action was close. I would book here again. Just dont try to check in early, it must happen at 2pm! Joyride was my ride the whole time- cheap and fast. This motorcycle service is cheap, reliable, and can even carry a roller baggage- just put on the notes you need a space for baggage. It gets hot on afternoon rides, but cooler at night. Overall a great stay at Berjaya. They provide daily housekeeping, two small bottles of water, and a secured room and safe. See you next time folks! "

"I was disappointed that they wanted to charge to hold luggage for 5 days when me and my wife were going to travel to Cebu I was going to book another 5 days when we got back every other hotel in the area said they would hold my luggage for free we booked our last five days in makati in another hotel before we are going back to USA "
