Two double rooms each with double beds, full linen and towels. Both double rooms benefit from ample wardrobe space.

A single room with a single bed that can also be used as an office space away from the main communal area.

Large communal lounge/diner with JayBe folding single bed and corner couch to use as an additional single bed space if needed.

Fully stocked supplies in all bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen.

Newly refurbished large apartment within an excellent distance of the city centre main attractions as well as both football and cricket grounds.

Le pour et le contre...!

Relativement bien situĆ©e par rapport au transport en commun pour se rendre au centre historique. Lā€™information de base Ć©tait dĆ©ficiente: aucune info sur le transport en commun, les commerces de proximitĆ©. ƀ notre arrivĆ©e il nā€™y avait pas de papier hygiĆ©nique dans la salle de bain. Contrairement Ć  ce qui est annoncĆ© sur le site, il nā€™y a ni lave-vaisselle ni cafetiĆØre. Concernant lā€™absence de cette derniĆØre le gĆ©rant nous a expliquĆ© quā€™un prĆ©cĆ©dent locataire avait volĆ© la cafetiĆØre et que depuis ce temps il fournissait du cafĆ© instant seulement. Pourtant nous avons vĆ©rifiĆ© au Asda (hypermarchĆ©) du quartier et une cafetiĆØre Ć  piston (genre Bodum) valait 9Ā£: un prix qui ne rĆ©duit pas vraiment la marge de profit surtout sā€™il est amorti sur plusieurs location. Et puis ce ne sont pas tous les locataires qui sont des voleurs! Le principal avantage de cet appartement est son bas prix pour deux couples voyageant ensemble. Son exiguĆÆtĆ© commande un court sĆ©jour. Dans cette perspective, pour les gens qui cuisinent, le lave-vaisselle serait davantage un atout quā€™un lave-linge.

Manchester Family Trip

Clean and comfortable. Right next to a bus stop into the city and Old Trafford. Key process was simple and the landlord was helpful.
