"I reported faulty TV on two separate occasions but nothing was done about it. I also reported fact that sink in bathroom did not drain quickly. Hotel tired and in need of modernisation. Carpets were stained. Hotel room was very warm despite leaving window open all time. Staff were friendly and helpful Breakfast was good."

"The bathroom was disgusting, shower drain was thick with hair! There was mould everywhere, hair on the bedsheets. However, the staff were very polite when we arrived & leaving. It’s in need of a deep clean!"
