"The gentleman at the reception desk was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The room and bed were very clean, and the large bathtub was a wonderful bonus. It was so nice to be able to relax and unwind for the first time in a while. My daughter accidentally left her jacket behind, but the staff called us straight away, so we were able to come back and pick it up. We really appreciated their honesty and thoughtfulness. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Toowoomba. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
