"We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. It was exceptionally clean and very well laid out, making it comfortable and easy to enjoy as a family. The loft space was perfect for the kids and gave them their own area, which was a huge bonus. Having access to a washing machine and dryer was incredibly convenient and made our stay even more enjoyable. The hot tub was an added bonus and the perfect way to relax after a long day. Snow removal was always prompt, which gave us great peace of mind during winter conditions. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

"We booked this cottage for 3 days over the holidays. We booked it under the impression that there were enough bedrooms to accommodate our large family. Online says there were 5 bedrooms however when we arrived there was only 4 and two of the teenagers had to sleep on the couches in the living room. The bedroom linens were nice and clean and they had ample towels and extra bedding in case we were cold.The space was large enough for everyone to hangout. The living room off of the kitchen is where we hung out mostly. Lots of tables and chairs for puzzling/ kids to play/ family to play games. The pool table was a big hit for the teens.One of our favourite things was the Sauna, it was easy to get the fire going and they had ample wood for us to use for our stay. Because we were such a large group we were looking forward to using two kitchens, however the main stove took over an hour to pre heat and the stove in the in-law suite wouldn’t stop smoking because of something burnt to bottom. The kitchen faucet in the in law suite was super loose we needed to wash all dishes in the main kitchen.The fridges look lightly wiped down but there was something gross at the bottom.The couches needed to be vacuumed, there was dirt and other crumbs from previous guests.The dishes were also dirty from previous guests and we needed to wash them before we could use."

"The Inn location was excellent for the funeral home. The room full filled all our needs. The restaurant Victoria was an awesome host/plus great food for our group of 20. It also included an indoor pool for the kids. "

"This place is a dream! The cottage a PERFECT getaway. Everything was well stocked, the sunsets are UNBELIEVABLE, the water is great for swimming/fishing/water activities, the view alone is what makes this cottage so spectacular. I must have 100 pictures of the water during different times of the day. Everything was clean and the exterior is so perfect for bbq, dinners, enjoying your morning coffee (the wildlife is great 530-7am). Its so serene & peaceful. Laying in the hammock is a must. Theres lots of shade around the deck so perfect for little ones playing & a cool breeze (there was a heatwave while we were there but youd never know). The dock is full of sun! The owners are excellent, kind and quick to respond. We are a little family of 3 (with a toddler) and have only good things to say about this place. The town to Campbellford is about a 15min drive away. Everything there is close together. A great No Frills for groceries, banks, a theatre, a play park/water park which our son enjoyed almost daily, Doohers Bakery, ice cream shop, the suspension brigde is close as well with a beautiful terrain (stroller friendly), we also went to the Campbellford Fair and watched the demolition derby. Be sure to go horseback riding at Horsin Around Riding Ranch, lovelyfamily with great horses. Everyone in town is super friendly. Im so happy we found this place and plan to return in the future.
