There is no staff on site so you have to text or call while standing beside a busy highway to get your room number and an access code. The room is clean and has modern furnishings and comfortable bedding. However, the room was freezing cold but there is no thermostat in the room to adjust the temperature. There are virtually no amenities provided - no facial tissue, no bedside lamps, one bath towel (I had to ask for more), a tiny bar of Chinese soap and that’s about it. The rod to hang clothing was mounted near the ceiling, couldn’t reach it. Similarly there is a nice illuminated mirror in the bathroom but it is hung so high as to be useless. There was a handy charging station for your devices which didn’t work. The location close to Madoc is good but otherwise this place is sad.

I was in town for business. Check-in was quick and professional and the staff members were pleasant, helpful and professional. It was a quiet location and the room had all the amenities I required. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was amazing. The rooms are clean. So convenient with a kitchenette. The bathroom was extraordinary with the rainfall showerhead as well. Adriana went above and beyond for us. Would recommend to family and friends! We will definitely be back.

Adriana checked us in she was very courteous. She supplied is with plates cutlery for our room. They have 4 or five nice firpits behing hotel with chairs where you can make your own fire. Room was clean and newly decorated. Bathroom was updated with rainfall showerhead as well as reg showerhead. Have stayed here 2 times and both times same level of service and accommodations. Very clean, well furnished room. Recent renovations have nicely updated the room. Full kitchen great for longer stay. Would like to be able to have control of room temperature. 19C is a little low for winter night with minus double digits outside temperature. anticipated.

The room was beautiful, giant king bed in own bedroom, nice big jetted tub in bathroom and everything u needed in the kitchen to cook your own meals and keep from eating out. Balcony was nice. 5 to 6 minute walk to parliament hill and 10 minutes to rideau mall. Only bad thing i csn say is mornings can be loud with garbage trucks.

Great room. Temperature is controlled by the office, you don’t have control yourself. Adjustments can be made by contacting office or by closing and opening vents. It was a little cold but fine.

Pretty average but ok for a night , ps no one there to help at office. Lady did not want to help us just read the instructions in room, ok after looking for ages the instructions were on top shelf of cupboard. Dont expect to get help here 3/10
