Lovely outside decking for sitting and having your brekkie as it is a great sun trap too even in September! Location great with a pub literally opposite and lovely beach a mile away. Pebble Beach which was very clean and peaceful and as the tide went out the sand emerged. Lots of fun was had looking for shells and other …. We enjoyed a visit to Rye -a picturesque and historical town. The people we met there were very helpful and friendly So all in all a great break in a wonderful setting so thank you Jan and … for making us feel so welcome"

The views are something else and to be situated in Hastings Country Park was fabulous. We had everything that we needed and more. Super comfy beds and sofa's and proper cutlery! In fact the kitchen equipment was exceptional overall. We will definitely be back for a Winter visit. Loved it...."

"The house was clean and well equipped. All the rooms were a great size allowing our party ( including teenagers) plenty of space for family or alone time and was well furnished. As we were in the middle of a heatwave the host had also provided desk fans which was greatly appreciated.The location was great, a few minutes and you were on the beach.Parking was easy for our two large cars on the drive, we could have fitted at least another two. The garden was also a great size with a shed where we could store any beach items.The host was very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay which really helped.Overall we were very happy with the property and our stay there."
