"The front desk staff was wonderful. She even helped us find enjoyable activities in Tossa and gave us good restaurant recommandations. The rooms we’re impeccable and service from the staff was professional and always with a sincere smile. We could tell that they enjoy their work and seek to make sure everything goes smoothly for the guests. Breakfast was top notch. Well chosen fresh fruits were served daily, excellent smoothies, eggs, bacon, yogurt and granola, bread and croissants, etc. A perfectly enjoyable, delicious and balanced breakfast to start your day everyday. "good variety of food, good cleaning staff, reception and security leave a lot to be desired. this was during the football tournament and the noise and filth from the guests put a real bad note to the experience. a room change was granted on the penultimate night which was helpful as i had been unable to sleep for the first part of the stay due to rowdy guests and security’s inability to do anything about it really. it was quite intimidating for a lone traveller to be in that position, but i was assured that when the football tournament isn’t on it is much nicer, which i would well believe. all in all, not great but what can you do."
