The hallway's old carpet could use an update. The room and bathroom are outdated and have a noticeable odor. I really want to like this place; the staff are very kind, but there is a clear need for cleanliness and improvements overall."

"The staff were amazingly accomodating and the kindest people around. They were always attentive and very respectful. The room was beautiful and relaxing, full of everything needed. The bathroom and shower was next level with 3 shower heads too! There was lots of closet room and the housekeeper kept my room immaculate. The included breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of foods, omelet bar, fresh squeezed juices, and so much more. I would definitely return. "
