"This place was in the perfect location to explore Kona. It exceeded our expectations and was exactly as described. The beds were really comfortable, the kitchen was huge and there was ample space for our family of 7. The pool, treehouse and backyard were great for the family. I would definitely love to stay here again."

"Our family had an extraordinary stay at this beautiful home on the Big Island! From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable and welcomed. The house is thoughtfully designed, beautifully decorated, and had more than enough space for our entire family to relax.One of our favorite touches was all of the beach amenities that were provided. Having beach towels, boogie boards, and other beach gear available made our days at the beach so easy and enjoyable. The location is also fantastic—it's conveniently close to the airport and just a short drive to several amazing beaches.The pool, hot tub, and oversized hammock were truly the cherry on top of an already incredible stay. After long days of exploring, it was so nice to come back, relax, and unwind, and my oldest son especially loved spending time in the hammock.The only suggestion I would offer is that adding window treatments in the kitchen would be helpful. During sunset, the afternoon sun shines directly into the kitchen, making it quite warm while preparing dinner. Shades or blinds would make an already wonderful space even more comfortable.Overall, this home exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-equipped, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay on the Big Island. Mahalo for helping our family create such wonderful memories—we can't wait to return!"

"This home is up on the hillside above the airport. It is a very convenient location and we appreciated the cooler temperature. We only turned on the air conditioning in the bedrooms at night. The ceiling fans throughout the house worked well to keep the house comfortable throughout the day. The house is very clean and well stocked. The kitchen has just about any condiment you need stocked in the refrigerator or cupboards. The pool is salt water, so very nice on your skin and refreshing. Our kids enjoyed it every afternoon. We had one small issue with plumbing in the bathroom and sent a text to the owners. Anna immediately responded and said they would be over shortly to fix it, which they did within an hour. It was so nice having the owners be available and prompt. Anna even brought us mangos from her garden. The layout of the house was perfect for our 3 generational family and we wouldn't hesitate to rent the home again next time we visit."

"This property was as described. It is about 10 minutes from the airport and is a 15-30 minute drive either way to town and beaches. The pool was fun and our family enjoyed it. You have tropical bugs but we had little ones in the kitchen and spiders in a bedroom that were more of a nuisance than anything but didn’t ruin our trip. Overall, nice property!"

"The house was clean, nice layout, great Wi-Fi and plenty of room.We didn’t get a chance to grill because the grill was no good rusted out and that’s one of our biggest things we like to do as a family when we go on vacation vacations but besides that the pool was great but very hot with no air-conditioning.Thanks again"
