"Excellent, clean and beautiful hotel. Having a large number of pools helps the crowd to scatter. The rooms are well maintained and the staff does a great job. We enjoyed the food and snacks very much. Only two things that could be improved is the cocktail selection and the limited number of towel stations. We had to walk quite far to get them exchanged. Overall it is an excellent, luxurious hotel."

"Very positive experience overall. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the venue very nice. The beach is a few steps away, which is a big plus. The room was clean and well equipped, nothing to complain about here. "The check-in process was really smooth and easy. Mr. Amr and the manager Mr. Mina were able to take our disabilities into account and ensure that our needs were met. The food was excellent all of the servers and the wait staff and the support staff were amazing! Our rooms were tidied and cleaned every single day, and there was never request that we made that they didn’t immediately take care of. They are amazing! My son had a medical emergency on the trip and the hotel staff, including Mr. Ashraf Moh, Mr. Mina and Mr. Amr asked about him every single day. They even called our room to ask us if there was anything we needed for my son to make our stay easier while he was ill. Any request I made pertaining to my son’s illness, they took care of immediately with grace and great respect. This hotel didn’t just make me feel like a guest they made me feel like family! They are super attentive, respectful, and kind! The facilities are absolutely beautiful and well taken care of my kids really enjoyed the pool and the beach so much! The way they treated my family and I has ensured that I will never stay anywhere else when vacationing in Hurghada/ Makadi!"

"I booked a family room, and it was very spacious. The furniture wasn't new, but it was in decent condition. The bathroom, however, need some improvement. The facilities were excellent, and everything was conveniently located near the room. The pools were clean, and the sea was amazing. The aquapark at Stella Gardens was fantastic, and the shuttle bus was available throughout the day. The restaurant offered a wide variety of food, including salads, fruits, and desserts. While the quality may not have been premium, it was still very good. The snacks, however, were not that good. The staff was very helpful, especially during checkout. My wife slipped in the bathroom, and we had to leave one night earlier than planned. The team was very understanding and even prepared meals for our road trip. Special thanks to Sameh from the reception team and Hany, the Reception Manager, for their excellent support."
