"Very positive experience overall. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the venue very nice. The beach is a few steps away, which is a big plus. The room was clean and well equipped, nothing to complain about here. "Excellent, clean and beautiful hotel. Having a large number of pools helps the crowd to scatter. The rooms are well maintained and the staff does a great job. We enjoyed the food and snacks very much. Only two things that could be improved is the cocktail selection and the limited number of towel stations. We had to walk quite far to get them exchanged. Overall it is an excellent, luxurious hotel."

"The check-in process was really smooth and easy. Mr. Amr and the manager Mr. Mina were able to take our disabilities into account and ensure that our needs were met. The food was excellent all of the servers and the wait staff and the support staff were amazing! Our rooms were tidied and cleaned every single day, and there was never request that we made that they didn’t immediately take care of. They are amazing! My son had a medical emergency on the trip and the hotel staff, including Mr. Ashraf Moh, Mr. Mina and Mr. Amr asked about him every single day. They even called our room to ask us if there was anything we needed for my son to make our stay easier while he was ill. Any request I made pertaining to my son’s illness, they took care of immediately with grace and great respect. This hotel didn’t just make me feel like a guest they made me feel like family! They are super attentive, respectful, and kind! The facilities are absolutely beautiful and well taken care of my kids really enjoyed the pool and the beach so much! The way they treated my family and I has ensured that I will never stay anywhere else when vacationing in Hurghada/ Makadi!"
