"The hotel was conveniently situated close to the main train and tram station so access to the city and beyond was easy. The staff were more than helpful and very patient with some of the requests my party were asking. The room was warm clean and spacious maybe if i had one criticism it would be the lack of draw space for your smaller clothes. The breakfast was a display of continental foods at its best and always as a plate became empty it was replaced by a fresh plate of food. All in all a great week spent in a delightful friendly hotel more like home than home."

"The hotel is in a perfect location to see all the highlights of Vienna. There is a grocery store just steps away and everything else is within walking distance. The staff were very attentive and helpful. They arranged my airport transfer, helped me with directions and even provided an American electrical plug (the hotel has no USB plugs to charge electrionics). The breakfast buffet was awesome, pasties, cooked to order omelets, cereals, a very nice assortment. In general, it was a great stay at this hotel. If ever I decide to go to Vienna again, I will stay here."
