We had a garden room which was lovely and very spacious. All the staff were really friendly. The reception staff were very informative and helpful. I would like to say a special mention to the young lady who ran the bar and restaurant in the evening. She was really lovely - so much so that we decided to eat there both evenings. The food was really good both for breakfast and evening meal. Thank you for our lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn in Vienna, Austria. After landing early in the morning, we took an Uber from the airport with no difficulty and arrived at the hotel quickly. Even though check-in wasn’t officially until 3:00 PM, the receptionist was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. Since we are members, they were kind enough to give us our room right away, which we truly appreciated after our flight. The hotel is in a great location. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the Opera House and the city center, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The surrounding area is clean, safe, and full of great restaurants and places to explore. We were traveling as three adults and found the accommodations very comfortable. On our last day, after returning from Innsbruck, the manager surprised us by upgrading us to a beautiful suite. It was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed, which made the end of our trip extra special. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Vienna.
