"Really clean hotel "

"Hello, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista. The room assigned to me by the front desk was on the third floor, very far from the main area, and it had constant noise from the highway. The carpet was very dusty, old, and dirty. The bathtub had standing water and was leaking, with water not draining properly as if it was clogged. The refrigerator was not turned on. I was not informed about the $10 daily parking fee, which was unexpected. On the second day, the elevator stopped working, and that night I had to take the stairs because I was not willing to wait for it. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and I do not plan to return to this hotel. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your service."

"The rooms not in the tower were not as nice as I expected for a double tree. Felt more like a motel inside our room. Mostly because it felt outdated and muggy inside. It’s not that it was dirty just worn out"

"Room was so so. Faucet leaked all over the counter, there no way they weren’t aware of this. Toilet runs 24/7 and needs flushed about 3 times each use. Cleanliness wasn’t horrible or great. No impressed. Parking was confusing and when I questioned it ar check in, she easily encouraged paying with the room for parking but provided no instructions how to get in / out - I travel a lot and wasn’t aware to use rook key for that. There was some type of construction going on. Breakfast was a bit over piece for buffet but service was great."

"The room was immaculately clean. The furniture is newer with no stains or tears. The water pressure is good and the hot water doesn't run out. The bed was very comfortable and our room was quiet. We had a smaller room, so there was only one nightstand which I didn't like. The TV in the living room was off-center from the couch because of the kitchenette so that made watching it awkward. The balcony was screened in with a table and four chairs which was very nice. I was pleasantly surprised the bathroom had a deep jacuzzi tub. "

"Great big pool, huge dining area, great gym. All the things you need to enjoy Orlando! The Drury is nice and so convenient "

"Great location, had free shuttles to the Universal Parks. The staff was very nice and helpful. Only thing was the awful smell on our floor, not sure if it was the humidity. Overall, excellent for the price and provided everything we needed. "
