A great stay with a good breakfast and good rooms. Recommended.

The hotel is situated in heart of New York Times Square. The lobby has grand appearance with winding stairs leading to rock star studded wall in the restaurant. We were bit short on time to enjoy the restaurant, but it is worth spending some time even just to have a cup of coffee. The only downside, and I mean the ONLY downside is the in room fridge was not cold and when we had maintenance up to check it they said thats how all the in room fridges are and its as cold as they get to prevent any chance of freezing.

Great location and a really nice hotel. Staff were very friendly and happy to assist when needed. Will be staying here again on our next trip.

One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We travel often and have stayed in many 3- and 4-star hotels, and this one truly deserves to be upgraded to 4 stars. The staff were always friendly, professional, and caring. Our room was cleaned daily, and everyone—from housekeeping to reception—greeted us with a smile. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Recently stayed at MADE on a girls getaway and we could not have been happier with our visit. Great location in that it was far enough away from the more touristy parts of town, but close and central to everything we wanted to explore. Lovely hotel, great location

We had an amazing time in NYC. The hotel was amazing, has that vintage style but the rooms inside are renovated. Staff were amazing as well very helpful, always there to greet us with beautiful smiles. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent hotel to stay in while exploring New York. Staff were lovely. Great location near Times Square and Bryant Park. Stayed with my two teenage daughters and we loved it. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
