European Association of Urology (EAU)
There were six of us coming from the USA, the Netherlands and Belgium who attended the EAU. The apartment was spacious and fully stocked. The beds were very comfortable and there were ample bathrooms for all of us. The elevator made it convenience to move our bags. Although the building was old the apartment was renovated. Restaurants were an easy uber ride. Both Luis and Blanca were very attentive. Overall, this is a great apartment for a ;arge group.

Mrs. Maisel's Apt in Madrid!
This was the perfect location for us! What a gorgeous property, spacious, comfortable and within walking distance to local cafes, markets and transportation for sightseeing. This apartment had various sitting rooms, a great kitchen with all of the necessary dishware, glassware and tools to prepare a lovely meal which we enjoyed on one of the 2 porch balconies. The bedrooms were spacious, bathrooms were also terrific. Try using the water pressure at partial on as a full on will flood the shower basin quickly. Blanca was a DELIGHT to work with and was completely available to help us check in/out and give recommendations. There is parking onsite in a garage underground, however the Sprinter would not fit so we parked 4 blocks up by the market and shopping district. Bus tours load 2 blocks down the street for a convenient tour of a gorgeous city. Madrid and this property were a perfect fit for us. We hope to stay here again!

Great apartment in very peaceful neighborhood.
The property was very well maintained and appropriately updated. We had plenty of space in this very large layout. The view of the park across the street from the front terrace was very peaceful and a delight to sit outside in the evenings. I would highly recommend this listing.
