Spacious 3 BEDROOM APARTMENT with big Living Room and Dining Room. Perfect location: At one side of PLAZA MAYOR and only 2 minutes walking from PUERTA DEL SOL. Very bright. 3 BALCONIES to the street. Enjoy this nice hideout in the heart of Madrid.

* This is a NON SMOKING apartment * PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED under any circumstance. * Please, RESPECT the the neighbours' right to peace and quiet, specially between 10pm and 8am. You can put the trash outside, on the street, but always AFTER 9pm. There is a LATE CHECK IN FEE for arrivals AFTER 10pm: 30 EUROS Enjoy the stay:)
