  • Stunning apartment located in an amazingly well convenient area, in the heart of Malasaña neighborhood, five minutes’ walk from Gran Via and ten from Chueca neighborhood. Just in the city center.

    The apartment consists of a facing outside big living room and an open-plan kitchen fully equipped for all your needs. Three bedrooms- furnished all with double bed-. Two of them have a private bathroom, plus another one complet bathroom across the hall. Perfect for six people.

    Near every local point of interest (both cultural and leisure spots). Leaving the flat you will run straight into de hustle and bustle of Madrid. Going in, you are guaranteed to enjoy peace and quiet.

    The apartment is located on a four floor with elevator (there are just few steps from the elevator to the flat).

We were 3 couples and spend a great time on the Wao Palace. Excellent communication with host throughout our stay. They left for us a generous amount of goodies that we enjoyed very much. It's a 10 min walk to Gran Via and the Callao metro station and 15 to Plaza del Sol, but it's located in a quiet area, away from the chaos of the main touristic areas. There are a couple of supermarkets in a 5 min walk radius, as well as coffee places. The area is surrounded by many asian restaurants, where we found a great matcha latte, and also, one of the best Neapolitan pizzerias in Madrid just a few blocks away. Regarding the property, is well appointed, with everything one needs to prepare a meal or 2 during your stay. One of the bathrooms has very little sink space, but they added a nice vanity desk to that room to make up for it. There is a washer/dryer style unit and individual AC units in each bedroom and living room. We happened to be in a week of record high temperatures and it was nice to spend the night in the AC bedroom. The sofa in the property is different than the one in the picture, but it was our opinion that it was better this way, as it was a high quality leather couch with recliner features. Very comfortable and a space that we used A LOT. Checking in and out of the property was very easy, with all the information needed clearly stated during the process. I would not hesitate to book a property with this host again.

The location was great and it was nice to have 3 bathrooms for our group. Downsides: aircon in main room wasn’t effective (but was working well in bedrooms). Absolute Minimal kitchen supplies. One bathroom was ridiculously tiny. Simple instructions on how work laundry would be helpful.

One of the nicest VRBOs we’ve stayed in. This place was perfect for 6 adults. Comfortable rooms, wonderful common space, a kitchen with all we needed to make breakfast each morning. Clean, comfortable and in a great location. We had a great time in Madrid and felt very safe and comfortable in our apartment. Thank you for easy communication and a lovely stay!

Awesome Apartment and Centrally Located

check in was easy. On Day of arrival, codes and entry information was provided. Facility matched description of apartment. It was very hot the week we were in Madrid but A/C worked well and kept us cool. Nice little restaurant next door was ideal for quick and good breakfast. Definitely recommend this apartment to others visiting in Madrid.

Quiet apartment, beautifully decorated, has everything you need in the apartment. Lots of space. The air conditioning remotes did not seem to work in any of the rooms. Lots of steps before the elevator and apartment that make it hard for people with lots of suitcases.
