Pros: * Amazing location, really convenient * Flat is fully equipped with everything you need * Very clean and modern overall * Emilio (the landlord) is super helpful, polite, and replies quickly * There’s a dehumidifier that works well and collects water fast. Cons: * Some things are broken, like the hairdryer which overheats after 5 minutes and turns off * Strong perfume smell when we arrived that gave us a headache * Automatic air freshener goes off every 15 minutes and you can’t control it easily * Caused discomfort (dry throat, breathing issues for my boyfriend with asthma/allergies) * Humidity issue in the flat * Very little natural light * Door/window is at street level so you can see people walking past * A few scratches on the walls (not major, barely noticeable)

This is a fantastic place-very clean and fully equipped. The front room can hear the sometimes noisy street crowd but it is fine in the back bedroom with the door closed. The bathroom is a bit small but clean and modern with plenty of hot water. There is a washer/dryer and dishwasher. You are just a few steps from a large 24 hr. Grocery store and the Lavapies metro. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but not dangerous. Our host was always available for questions. Book it!

Estaba en buena locación, tuvimos un problema con el cerrojo automático pero nos lo resolvieron muy rápido. El depa esta muy bien acondicionado.
