Is not for tourist, great for business around however metro station is very close and easy to get to city center and another shopping areas. Will be my preferred hotel in this area. Great breakfast buffet by the way

Lovely hotel very friendly staff. Quite a way out of Madrid centre so be aware. Will require many Metro trips. Food was limited but good. Nothing much going on in local area most other eateries were closed.

Short stay but excellent

Stay was just to sleep a few hours before a flight, but I can say that this property deserved a longer stay. The room was large, clean and comfortable with a very HUGE bathroom. The front desk lady was very welcoming, professional and friendly. I would stay here again without question.

Wonderful staff!!! Very clean! Great market on the block, 3 minute walk. I would not stay its a 4 star hotel. If you want bathroom privacy, the glass wall and door, does not provide that.

Good stay, some minor annoyances

Overall it was a good stay. The personnel is nice. The room is spacious but there were some minor annoyances: the bathtub was not properly clean (some hair); the desk lamp was not working; the mattress is a bit on the soft side; the pillows were not soft and a bit too thick. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices.
