Loved it

Make sure you let the hotel know about your arrival time as there is no reception, yet easy self-checking once codes are received. + Close to station Sol, new and clean rooms and common areas, good wifi, modern - nothing :)

La ubicacion es excepcional en pleno centro es un hostel fantasma (no hay recepcion)el dueño fue muy amable de dejarnos ingresar 3 o 4 horas antes estábamos agotados despues de 13 hs de vuelo y lkegar a kas 6.00 am

Creo que la informacion que no hay ninguna personal en el estabelecimiento, deveria ser aclarada, pues nos quedamos aguardando alguien en la puerta del predio. Despues que fue en la busqueda de un wifi que recebi las instruciones.

Dålig kommunikation, mycket problem när man kommer till plats, ingen service, man vet inte hur kan man kan komma till lägenhet, vi måste be om hjälp och svårt att hitta folk kan engelska så ring till Hotel service bara i telephone och tipsa att man måste söka nog café shop för att skapar wi-fi att kolla sin mail box, där har man info kod till lägenhet, oh my god!!! No wi-fi no room for you, sorry! När jag bokar rummet fick jag inget information om hotellet . Vänligt obehagligt att sitta på mat salen att äta, dom sensor lampor släck hela tiden. Rummet lite men vänlig ren, tyvärr inte bra isolerar i lägenheterna.

Ce n est pas un hôtel mais des chambres à la locations. Si vous souhaitez du calme, ne pas aller là car les murs sont « du papier ».On entend vraiment tout ce que disent ou font les voisins de chambres.

The contact at the phone number that Travelocity listed on the confirmation email was never answered. I phoned the contact number, and I had locals phone and no one ever answered. Upon receipt of confirmation I never received any contact from the hotel proprietor or was forwarded a hotel access code. Therefore, Travelocity and/or the owner forwarded an incorrect phone number and left me in a very 'challenging position' of having to find another hotel in Madrid on a Saturday night (98% of hotels of my price range booked) - a tough place to be when you have an expectation of having a place to stay when on the road) I booked this hotel in August with the 'assumption' that Travelocity does due diligence with hotel listings - but unfortunately that wasn't the case in this instance. I have used your service since 2015 and have been satisfied with both service and price. I suggest you de-list this property based on the negligent service I received. That said, I do hold Travelocity accountable for the time wasted (2 hours) unsuccessfully attempting to contact the hotel proprietor; potentially exposing me to an extra credit card payment that I may have to spend time having to reverse; paying a last minute premium to find another hotel; and the generally 'crappy' late afternoon experience in Madrid disappointed and stressed. I will reconsider using your service in the future. Steve Snyder
