Property is in great location and is well maintained, great staff and good variety of food provided in breakfast. Staff really helped me with communication specifically after I checked out and I forgot my passports in safe and left for another city but team from front desk msged me right after and reminded me just in time. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our 3 nights very much. Our room was well appointed and very comfortable. Nice and quiet and the lift is excellent. Staff are friendly and very helpful with advice and bookings. A great location, close to metro or walking distance yo many tourist sports. $33 Euro to the airport , which was convenient with luggage. Breakfast was very tasty and there are plenty of dining options or grocery stores nearby ( we had a kitchenette which was very convenient)

Suites Viena is in a great location, being close to the main shopping areas, and to the Hop on Hop Off bust pickup points, and close if you are taking day tours of Madrid. Lots of eateries near by. Very well priced.
