City Stay

A good location. Entrance immediately next to a well known Churros store with what seemed to be lines all day long once open. Still convenient to walk to Gran Via and close to supermarket

The hosts were so communicative during our entire stay. Check in was smooth as we needed to complete registration online and then on the day of check in, someone met you at the building to let you in and show you the unit. If there were any issues, they would respond via WhatsApp quickly and make arrangements to remedy the situation.The location is great! Lots of shopping and restaurants close by at Puerta Del Sol. The unit was very comfortable for up to 4 people. Just a warning that there is no elevator in the building, so you will need to haul your suitcases up multiple flights of stairs. The unit is remodeled, but the building itself was not as modern.
