This was a subpar stay. 1. The apartment is very cold, heater is barely working. When outside was 13 degree, we seem to only be able to get up to 16 degree indoor. 2. The power run out easily. There’s a portal heater and every time it’s on the power shuts down, causing us to restart numerous time. 3. There is roughly a 12 min limit on hot water but it wasn’t specified. A few of us had to shower cold without the pre communication. 4. The shower supply was lacking, and when we inform them they say they’re unable to replenish it due to holiday season. My question is - why not stock up earlier? Overall despite the location was great, it wasn’t a comfortable stay for a big family.
