Room hasn't any temperature control. We felt so cold. Toalet wasn't good to use with family. So, in overall we weren't satisfied and pleased to stayed on that room. Thank you.

A taxi dropped us off in a narrow alley where a large group of teenage boys were shouting and laughing beside the door to our building. This was not a hotel or an inn. It was one tiny room in something like an apartment building. Via the Expedia app, we were sent instructions to open the building door and the room door. Upon opening the building door, a strong odor of incense triggered an asthma attack in both of us. The room odor was even stronger. We needed to flee the room for fresh air very quickly. I opened the only window (bars on the window suggested a dangerous neighborhood) and called the telephone number listed by Expedia for the property. The man spoke no English. He came to the room in 2 minutes. I explained in my poor Spanish that we could not stay there because of asthma. I asked if a partial refund might be possible. He told me to contact Expedia. We left immediately, booked a Hampton Inn online, and took a taxi there. Our total stay at Posada Madrileña lasted 10 minutes, although we paid for 4 nights.

Me gustó que estuvo súper limpia, pero como recomendación pongan un espejo en las habitaciones (más grande que uno de mesita que estaba mini), un bote de basura, ya que de lo contrario tienes que estar yendo al baño o a la cocina a tirar basura. De lo demás todo bien

NO DEBERIA ESTAR HOTELS.COM APOYAR ALGO ASI.

Es un bajo con habitaciones nada seguras. No pude dormir todo se escucha tanto de la calle como de las otras habitaciones de ese bajo. No hay una persona visible a quien dirigirse. Se comparte un baño para 6 u 8 personas totalmente desconocidas, alto indice de peligro tanto de robo como de violencia al no saber con quien compartes baño y cocina. Que peligro dejar la puerta habierta mientras vas al baño.

Un baño para tres habitaciones distintas, no es suficiente. Los vecinos llegaron de fiesta a las 6.30 horas y no pudimos dormir. Mucho ruido del exterior debido a las ventanas poco aislantes.
