It is located in the Chamartín neighbourhood, an elegant residential area with exclusive establishments. Its avenues are lush gardens and imposing buildings. For Real Madrid fans it is very close to the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium and for those who prefer classical music it is only a few minutes away from the National Auditorium. The building is very close to the main leisure areas of Madrid and is also very well connected thanks to the transport network.
