The hotel was in a fantastic location to be able to walk everywhere, we didn't use the Metro once in four days. Some great eating places nearby, once you are off of the main areas. Would definitely use the hotel again if in Madrid.

The facilities were exactly what I needed during my stay in Madrid. Very close to everything. The staff was very friendly (special mention to Elisa and Ana who helped me with everything I needed). Definitely I would recommend and visit in the future.

Great location in heart of Madrid

Nice place for a short stay, directly in the center of the city with everything in walking distance and restaurants open until late in the night. Hotel was decent, with some minor issues in the bathroom (leaks) and not many services (no gym, slow elevator). Staff friendly.

Great place for a stay

Location is amazing, just in the heart of the old city and very close to the metro. The stuff was very helpful and friendly. The room was simple and clean. The water pressure in the shower was pretty low though. Very good breakfast buffet.
