PALACIO REAL - MADRID, 2HH, 2 BAÑOS, 6 PAX

The Royal Palace of Madrid is the largest in Western Europe and one of the largest in the world. Its more than 135,000 square metres and 3,418 rooms have witnessed centuries of Spanish history. It is one of the few official residences of Heads of State that is open to the public. Almost 2 million visitors come every year to discover its corners, its works of art and its unique treasures in the world.



This is our apartment on Cuesta de San Vicente. Unique and personal, in front of Sabatini Gardens and 100 metres from Príncipe Pio train station. Its two bedrooms and two bathrooms make it especially comfortable for 6 people, with the comforts of a 4-star hotel. Underfloor heating and Air Conditioning.



Central and next to Madrid Río and Casa de Campo, perfect for outdoor walks and enjoying nature in the centre. Very good communication, Príncipe Pio train station, in addition to train, has a Metro stop, bus interchange and public parking.



Sleep, have breakfast and enjoy the best location to spend a few days in Madrid, or live a few months with us. Whether you come for tourism or work, you are 5 minutes from the new Plaza de España and all the theatres of our universal Gran Vía, the new European Broadway.
