Perfect location

This apartment is perfect for exploring the city. It’s located within walking distance of pretty much everything or is so close to bus stops and the metro if you would rather take public transport. Check in and out we’re very easy and the apartment is easy to find.

Location of property is excellent. Everything walking distance.. accommodation is a bit old, floor was dirty, could not walk without shoes or slops. Facilities in the accommodation is excellent. The sofa bed is not too comfortable but other beds in the room are. Will recommend to friends as the location is perfect.

This was a one day visit from Barcelona to Madrid, but this we discovered should have been a longer stay! The apt was in the perfect place of good food, sights, shops, and fabulous people! I would stay here again!

The ideal location!

The apartment was perfect for the two families we had staying there (total of 7 people). Location was close to the Metro, steps away from a market, walking distance from many of the sights we had on our list to see, and surrounded by restaurants and cafe’s. We would highly recommend!

Apartment was well kept and homely, prime location surrounded by essential shops as well as fun activities and monuments, only issue I had was having to use the physical key instead of digital one because of some issue, but was quickly resolved by the owner, overall I completely recommend this as a place to stay if you’re touring around Madrid.

The best location in Madrid!

Everything was amazing about this property. The unit is centrally located, we parked the car in a garage 2 minutes away, then walked everywhere - didn’t need to drive anywhere. Clean unit, well equipped with everything we needed. Thank you for the amazing experience!

The location is great and is walking distance from Royal palace. It’s on the ground floor of the building. The apartment had a washer that was not mentioned in the liaising so that was great.

Great location small place

We loved the location and the host was amazing and very accommodative and responsive. Thankfully every room had air conditioning, since it was so hot in Spain. The only issue we had was lack of closet space, if you are going with family for a few days. Would be nice to have some closets / storage space. Otherwise I would highly recommend this place.

Not quite as what we thought.

Spacious. Mostly clean. Check in was good. It was very tough to turn on the radiator so we did not have have heat. Beds are not comfy. Owner is very nice.

This appartement is very well located in Madrid. It is the principal strength. On the other side, it needs some indoor refresh like the paint. The head of the shower broke up at his 1st use. It smelled moisture as well.

Perfect for a stay in central Madrid

The property is in an ideal location, a short stroll to Palacio Real de Madrid, Teatro Real, Plaza Mayor, the San Miguel Food Market, the metro staion, bars and restaurants and much more. There is also a Supermarket 20 metres away that charges decent prices (1.5L water 29cents!). The apartment itself was a good size for the 5 of us that were staying; having two shower rooms with toilets was a real bonus, the showers were perfect with good power. The kitchen was amply equipped and the fridge freezer a good size. The wifi was fast and te tv was a good size and loaded with smart features. Aall in all excellent value for money, we would certainly return here.

Here is my honest review, the location is perfect for getting to everything. However, the trade off is that the apt was extremely dirty. I am pretty sure the sheets were not changed from the previous renters and we could not get the showers to work without either only cold or only scalding hot water. There is also no couch, just a day bed. Personally I would find a different accommodation next time.
