Everything was great. Close to resturants, shopping, bars and the metro. The only thing to consider is that you are a lite sleeper since you are close to everything this place might not work for you.

Property is a boutique hotel, quite good, rooms are quite small, light in bathroom needs to pay attention, not enough, but staff specially Grace from the front desk was outstanding.

Location was good. Unfortunately we were up till 3 AM because of the noise from the terrace upstairs and we had to get up at 4:30 to get another flight out. Also the water was never replaced when we ran out.

Madrid is a beautiful city and this hotel is located in a lovely but quiet area. If you want shopping, dinner or drinks you just have to walk one block and you find it all.. At night, not a sound. Rooms spacious and bathroom excellent. I highly recommend this hotel

Great place to stay . Small rooms but who stays inside ? :) . Easy walk to the centre. About 20-25 min drive to the airport depending on the traffic. There is metro stations everywhere but you can easily walk to most off the neat places in Madrid . The front desk staff was very helpful

One Shot Luchana 22 hotels location was great - close to the several metro stations, restaurants and nice areas. The room and common areas of the hotel were a bit dated and would need to have a renovation asap. In its current state I would say that the hotel is not the four star hotel, rather two or three. Hotel has a rooftop bar but unfortunately you need to have a reservation and there were no pre-booked places for the hotel guests (maybe changing this would be a good idea). Easy access to the airport and train station by metro.

There are way better properties in Madrid

Not as advertised! This is no four star property. It is comparable to an older two star. The room is ok but has cracked paint and mold in the shower. It was exceptionally clean, thanks to the incredible cleaning staff, but there are some things so old they cannot be cleaned. They must be renovated. I will say the cleaning staff were the bright spot of our stay and helped me find a crib And even brought a baby bath for us. They were super nice. Unfortunately The smell of mold was so overwhelming. It was difficult to sleep. I tried to sleep with the windows open, but the street noise was a lot. I said something to the front desk and they never followed up. The front desk staff is entirely unhelpful. I asked for a microwave to sanitize baby bottles. There is not one in the entire property and they would not even ask the attached restaurant (Thankfully, the restaurant is super nice and I asked myself. The employees are super kind.). The room is extremely basic with microwave, no kettle, no coffee maker, nothing at all that would make it even a little more comfortable. The property is quite old. The best part about it is the metro sccess . There is a metro stop right outside the door. since the property is a bit far from the city center, it is nice to have a metro nearby. Still, there are far too many excellent properties in Madrid to waste money staying here. It’s awful and I would never stay here again.
