Cozy and bright apartment in Vista Alegre, 50 m2, ground floor, at the foot of the pedestrian street with garden. Kitchen equipped with oven, induction cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, juicer. Living-dining room with comfortable sofa bed for 2 people (140x200), 40” SmartTV. 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with a 1.10 m high wooden bed, Wi-Fi, heating. Full bathroom. Vista Alegre and Oporto Metro Station 200 meters away and Vista Alegre Palace 300 meters away. Very quiet apartment, recently renovated with all the amenities for a pleasant stay. Comfortable and practical furniture and modern and comfortable decoration. 1 independent room (1.35 bed). Sheets and duvets. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to feel at home. Bathroom with large shower, towel dryer, towels, hair dryer. Living room with sofa bed for 2 people, HD SmartTV, free WIFI internet. Central heating and thermal insulation. A person in charge will assist you, to give you the keys and answer any questions. She will be happy to help you with everything you need before and during your stay. Do not hesitate to ask me what you need. Located in the south of Madrid, the Vista Alegre neighborhood is bordered by Avenida Nuestra Señora de Valvanera and Calle de la Oca to the northeast. Yolanda's accommodation is in the south of Madrid. On Aldapa Street, a small pedestrian street with a garden, parallel to the main artery, Calle la OCA, which connects the centre of Madrid with the traditional neighbourhood of San Isidro and Carabanchel. The neighbourhood is home to the Vista Alegre Palace, an old bullring which today, in addition to bullfighting, is used for concerts and other activities. On the lower floors of the Vista Alegre Palace there is a shopping centre. The area around the Palace is full of bars and restaurants for the delight of residents and visitors. The area has good bus and metro connections (Oporto, Vista Alegre, Carabanchel, Eugenia de Montijo and Carpetana). Large supermarkets 1 min away (Hipercor, Outlet El Corte Inglés, Mercadona, DIA) Pharmacy, Tobacco shop. Bars, restaurants, post office, all kinds of shops... METRO Vista Alegre Station 2 min away and Oporto Station 5 min away. L5, green line. Direct line to the centre. (Callao, Opera, Chueca, La Latina). A step away from La Latina, El Rastro, Madrid Río (3 or 4 metro stops, L5). BUS STOP on La Oca street Connection with ATOCHA TRAIN STATION: Bus 34 to Pirámides and then L5 metro, to Vista Alegre Connection from the Airport: Walk a little to take L5 (Alameda de Osuna – Vista Alegre Station) Connection from Estación Sur bus station Metro line L6 circular to Oporto Station (5 min. walk from the apartment)
