Welcome back to your home in the Ibiza neighborhood of Madrid! This rental home is the perfect place to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. Both bedrooms have a comfortable double bed, perfect for resting after a tiring day. The bathroom has a functional shower tray. The spacious living room with integrated kitchen is perfect for enjoying moments with family or friends, while you prepare your favorite dishes in the fully equipped kitchen. In addition, the house is located on the ground floor, which will allow you easy access to all the facilities.

The interior patio is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal in the open air. With a table and chairs, where you can enjoy a good coffee or dinner outdoors. One of the bedrooms has a small dressing room, so you can organize your belongings in a comfortable and practical way.

Less than Expected

The location is great. However, the apartment was dirty, cold, and had several maintenance issues. For example, the doors stuck to the floor so would not shut properly. A window in the bathroom did not close. We left a day early because we were not satisfied.
