Great little apartment, right in the middle of the action

The apartment is renovated, super close to everything. It is small but enough for 2 adults and 2 teens. The host communicates well and makes sure you have everything you need during the stay. I asked for a clothes dryer and they brought it to us. Will stay there again.

It was a great apartment

The apartment was perfect. The location was excellent - close to everything. We walked every where - the metro was very close as were a lot of great eating locations and there was a great store right across from the apartment that has a great grocery so that made it even better - did not have to carry groceries, water and wine for blocks. Would definitely stay there again.

The communication from the host was slow and not clear. No instructions given and couldn’t get into the property. Asked many times and eventually got into the apartment. When we arrived we realised many people had the same problem. Couldn’t get into the apartment and no response from the host. One elderly lady was there and waited for more than two hours. There were at least three groups of people were waiting. Everyone was complaining how poor the communication was from the host. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

Hola. Cuando hice la reserva, lo hice directamente a través vuestro, sin Airbnb como intermediario. Lo hice así porque a principios de junio estuve en el apartamento de Calle preciados 10, 4b. Me gustó tanto que lo que yo había reservado es ese mismo apartamento. Pero, finalmente ustedes me asignaron el 2b y no el 4b. Simplemente quiero que lo tengan en cuenta.

Schrecklicher Aufenthalt!

Die Wohnung war sehr dreckig. Es lagen überall Haare und das Wasser in der Dusche lief nicht ab. In der ersten Nacht, hatten wir keine Bettdecken und Handtücher, obwohl versprochen wurde uns diese in Verlauf des Tages zu bringen. Es ging keiner mehr ans Handy oder hat auf Nachrichten geantwortet.Nach einer Nacht ohne Bettwäsche bekamen wir nach unzähligen Anrufen Handtücher, welche Flecken hatten und feucht waren und ein paar Larken. Das Sofa war kaputt und auf der Matratze waren gelbe große Flecken. Alles in allem war die Wohnung eine Katastrophe und rate alle davon ab, diese Ferienwohnung zu buchen.

Very good location.Muy buena localizacion

We spent 3 nights there, we were received by JuanCa who was very polite and explain everything about the apartment.It is at the second floor with elevator just in front of El Corte Ingles,one of the biggest stores in Madrid in a peatonal street, so if you arrive in a taxy I recomend that the taxi leave you at Puerta del Sol square.It is few blocks from Gran Via and few blocks from Sol.Perfect location to see Madrid.Walk at night to Sol and enjoy a lot of entertainment. We were 4 adults.In my opinion it will be better for 2 adults and 2 kids.,Everything is brand new. I will recomend a couple of little tables to hold the baggage,strong enough.When we left,we gave the keys to JuanCa and they sent back the deposit to my account in a few days.We lived in Madrid years ago and we know that this is the perfect location.WE WILL RETURN NEXT YEAR !!!!! Thank you

El apartamento es precioso..muy acogedor en pleno centro de Madrid. Destacar que no se escucha ni un solo ruido.. Tanto la cama como el sofa son super comodos.. Para mejorar yo solo tengo 2 cosas.. Unaque solo nos dejaron un rollo de papel para 3 personas para los 2 dias... Dosque el portal no tenia luz..

Exceptional value in a beautiful, clean modern apartment in the heart of Madrid

Perfect downtown location with less than 5 minute walk to Sol metro stop. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Apartment was gorgeous. Modern décor and furniture, clean and spacious. Leticia from the management company was very helpful, arranging for pick-up from Madrid Airport (60 euro) and early check-in (30 euro) which were perfect after a long journey to Madrid. Great value.
