Not what we expected (a basement unit), but acceptable. Very clean, great location, good kitchen. Very safe, experienced a (false) fire alarm and were amazed by the safety features in place.

The apartment was fab, comfortable bed, great Wi-Fi and a full kitchen. Check in is very simple and the staff are amazing. Iā€™d advise to book with them directly not through a third party as itā€™s both cheaper and youā€™ll get better service. Thanks, I will definitely stay again

The hotel looked just like the pictures. It was clean and neat and really had enough space. The shower was small but it's enough to get what you need to do done. I would stay here again. I loved the neighborhood.

We found the apartment lacking large windows and very little natural light coming in since we were in apartment-1. The kitchen was very tight with the bar stools in front of the appliances. The kitchen was well stocked which we liked. The apartment was very clean. There was lots of noise coming from the pipes. This did not cause problem sleeping because the bed was really comfortable. The shower was excllent and felt good after a busy day. Since we didnā€™t spend a lot of time in the apartment it was an okay place. Maybe if we were staying on a higher floor The problems wouldnā€™t exist.

Very noisy with ppl in the courtyard when your room is right next to it. Tried to get more toilet paper but wasnā€™t able to reach anyone on site. Thankfully found some in a cart. Location was good though.

Great location. Very nice stay

We loved the location. Itā€™s close to everything we needed. The apartment was nice. Some minor things were that it seemed like they were doing some maintenance in two walls and hadnā€™t finished painting. One of the bathroomā€™s walls needed some maintenance next to the shower. We would definitely stay again.

Good location; A few Glitches

Disconcerting that we were unable to get codes to access the property until check in time since no one is at the property. My initial confirmation said that I would receive codes 24 hours before arrival, but then received an email saying the codes would be available only at check in time, when we would not have access to the internet to obtain the codes. Property had good location with a small Super Mercado very close. Laundry machines were not working one morning but were fixed later. Did not have contact info for property maintenance person. However, would stay there again.

While the place was clean and the self check in went smoothly, a couple of issues beyond Limehomeā€™s control to be aware of.. our apartment faced the street - the street that never slept. Loud noises from people yelling and carrying on all hours of the day. As well, the apartment is the central location for garbage for the street. So on Thursday into all hours of Friday morning up until 6am, people were dragging their wheeled garbage bins on the cobblestones to the main entrance. Just donā€™t expect a quiet apartment. The apartment was well appointed and within walking distance to a grocery store and restaurants. And having a separate living area worked great.

Itā€™s noisy here. The streets are full of life and sometimes the other people in the property are too and you can hear them very clearly. The basement apartment is quiet until the people above start walking around and showering. Earplugs are provided.

Great stay!

This place was quite cute and comfortable. I was nervous about the lack of a front desk for checkin or other concerns, but everything went off without a hitch. We would definitely stay here again in the future or at another Limehome property.

Communication before check in was terrible, phone number didnt work for me and noone answered email for hours. Last night of stay, random alarm went off in room at 4:30 am and I sent an email because I already knew phone didnt work and they told me to take a video but the alarm stopped. They also told me that they have no indication of an alarm in my room and again to take a video. I told them again that the alarm stopped already. I asked them what kind of alarm it could be? I didnt feel safe afte that and couldnt get back to sleep. I left 3 hours later
