Loved the hotel, staff were fantastic.
The area around is limited, and somewhat industrial, but the lodgings themselves, bar, food, parking etc, all primo.
It suited me for my stay whilst in transit.

Very nice hotel, especially for the price. Staff at the front desk as well as the cafeteria were exceptionally personable and helpful. There’s not much around the hotel, so you will most likely need to taxi in and out.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The check-in process was quick and easy. I had a bit of difficulty finding the hotel as it was late in the evening and the street was a bit difficult to find.

Helpful staff
Arrived on an overnight flight from the USA. Too early to check in, but the staff were very accomodating to get me checked in as soon as possible. I was checked in by 08.30 as a room became available. Very grateful.

The Hotel lacks the basics of any hotel room: NO complimentary water, NO Coffee Machine, NO shower slippers, No tissue paper box, NO lotion, and NO notebook!
Also; the breakfast buffet is a huge disappointment: VERY limited options, and EXACT same dishes every day.
The Hotel is VERY old, and VERY far from city center and shops and attractions. You will need a fortune for Ubers.
All together; you can find newer, better, closer to city center, and cheaper hotels in Madrid!

No shuttle
The hotel didn't give me a shuttle to the airport explaining that there were no free place in the bus. No taxi arrangement or any other kind of compensation wasn't propose. The hotel was booked as they advertise shuttle at any time.

No está mal, pero alejado.
El hotel está en general en buenas condiciones, la atención no es mala, sin embargo, estáun tanto alejado de la zonas principales de Madrid, la estación de metro más cercana que es Fuencarral, está rodeada de algunos borrachos que se encuentran afuera de los bares que se circundan esa estación.
