The only problem we had was the front door. Besides that this hotels is one of our favorites in Madrid. It’s not our first stay here and will not be the last!

El hotel está muy bien. El personal es muy amable. A la habitacion le faltan cosillas como algo para poder dejar el equipaje, una neverita pequeña,… En general todo genial y repetiría. Muy bien ubicado.

Deberían ser más claros con los pasos a seguir para hacer check in, es muy confuso el proceso. Adicional los cuartos solo tienen sabanas super finitas y no hay colcha para arroparse. Pasamos mucho frío en la noche.

The room is self is basic, but a very comfortable bed, pillows and a great upgraded beautiful bathroom and shower. THe elevator to the 5th floor where the hotel is placed is a bit small and old, but fits in with the charm of the old world area! Right in the heart of everything!
