Lo mejor y por lo que siempre la escogeré en su locación, Inmejorable, frente a la plaza de Callao y a dos minutos caminando hacia Sol y 5 de plaza Mayor. En si la posada es muy limpia y tranquila con mucha variedad de tamaños de habitación, lo único es que en ese mismo edificio cada piso es una posada diferente y en los pisos superiores se siente algo de ruido, igual allá se va a ir a dormir y a salir temprano.

Poco tiempo el que estuvimos pero auficiente para

Estuve una noche y el lugar era muy pobre. El ascensor era uns lucha poder conseguirlo. Hsbia en el mismo edificio 5 hostales, imaginense como era el desfile de gente con 1 ascensor para 4 personas. Muy deprimente, salvo la ubicacion excelente

No primeiro periodo 8a 10 foi muito bom, no segundo 20 a 23 nos deram um quarto com duas camas de solteiro, mas disse o recepcionista que foi erro meu na reserva. Dai ficamos em cama de solteiro. Nao era como o de casal mas tinha ar ecompensou mesmo assim.

You are in an excellent shopping street. the metro take you one block away from the other, sometimes is best to walk. In this property you have a kitchen, so I recommend go to El Corte Ingles grab stuff to eat and enjoy. I adored the location. Staff very friendly.

Adequate for a night

Hostal Helena 2 is in a building with many other hostals. It is somewhat confusing to find. (It's on the 2nd level). The person working reception wasn't very friendly, but checked us in in a somewhat timely fashion. The room had 3 twin beds. Mine was decently comfortable, but the other two were uncomfortable. The bathroom has a toilet and urinal. There is a small square shower that had good pressure. Overall, for one night, it was adequate. For a longer stay, I would stay somewhere with a bit more comfort. The elevator takes forever, just so you know. The location is perfect for getting out onto Gran Via and exploring a bit of the city. Plenty of chain restaurants nearby, and fun tapas bars on the side streets around the hotel.

Céntrico pero nada mas

El sosten del duchador estaba roto, teníamos que agarrar el duchador con la mano y apoyarlo en el piso. El baño muy pequeño, en el inodoro debías sentarte de costado. La habitación fría porque la ventana no cerraba bien. Quisimos pedir agua caliente para el termo y solo nos ofrecieron un dispenser que te daba dos vacitos de agua caliente por 0,50 euros. Y, si bien no es la culpa del hostel, había al lado un edificio en construcción que comenzaban a trabajar desde las 8am. Lo único positivo es la ubicación.

Localização

A localização é a melhor parte!! O hostel está perto de tudo, com metro na porta!! Todas as lojas são perto. Quarto muito grande, simples, mas limpo. Banheiro limpo. Pegamos um quarto para 4 pessoas, com banheiro privativo. Indico muito, para quem quer um lugar, para tomar banho e ter uma boa noite de sono, que só vai ao hotel para isso, o valor do pensa demais. Pagamos 44,00 euros a diária, para 04 adultos!!

L'hôtel est très bruyant l'accueil est ouvert 24/34 et du coup les arrivées sont non stop et trop bruyantes .Le ménage est très approximatif,la chambre donnait sur un mur mais sur la gran via !!!!

The localisation of this hôtel is very good.It is on Gran Via but it noisy du ring the night.They controle The climatisation and it work to 5 pm to morning except one night they close at 2 am. The room is clean but the fourniture is very old.The matelas are not confortable.The door for The bathroom is very hard to open when you are inside.The personnel was good.

Væglus over alt

Da vi ankommer til hotellet sent om aftenen finder vi væglus over alt i senge og på vægge. Vi konfronterer så manden i receptionen med problemet. Han virker hverken overrasket eller beklager sig. Det er også først da vi selv beder om det, at vi får tilbudt et nyt værelse på en af de andre etager. Kan klart ikke anbefale dette hotel!
