Great stay, in the heart of Madrid.

I was not allowed early check in because the previous guest were “still there”. However, I believe it was because the person who delivers the keys doesn’t arrive until check in time. However, I won’t ding them for that as the check in time is the check in time and that’s what I agreed to. The apartment itself was excellent. It has absolutely everything you need, even a washer and dryer. It was exceptional. The gate and door are a bit confusing to open after inputting the code but nothing too bad. Will definitely look to stay here again.

1. la veille de mon départ vers Madrid, je n'avais toujours pas reçu l'adresse de de mon logement. j'ai telephoné au moins 4 fois (ça me coûtera un pont car les attentes étaient longues) .j'ai eu des personnes en ligne pas du tout informées. Il y a même un qui m'a dit que j'avais l'appartement C3 mais il ne connaissait pas l'adresse! incroyable.j'ai donc pris l'avion sans savoir où j'allais loger. C'est donc dans l'aeroport que j' ai reçu les informations. Jamais eu une situation pareille.2) j'avais demandé un appartement avec balcon et non loin du centre. Il n' y avait pas de balcon et une demi heure de metro . je n'appelle pas ça près du centre. C'est dommage car l'appartement etait correct.

Das Apartment ist sehr groß und modern gestaltet. Es verfügt über einen Balkon, der überdacht werden kann. Das Bett ist sehr weich und nur zu empfehlen. Leider war die Dusche ein Minuspunkt. Nach ca. 2 Minuten wurde die Regendusche immer kälter bis lauwarm (was dann nicht mehr so angenehm war). Die Dusche verfügt aber auch über einen Duschkopf. Nutzt man den, so ist die Dusche etwas länger warm. Aber auch da geht die Temperatur langsam weiter runter. Für eine europäische Stadt wie Madrid hätte ich solche Probleme nicht erwartet. (Uns wurde versucht zu helfen, was aber zu keiner Verbesserung geführt hat.) Super ist auch, dass das Apartment über eine Waschmaschine, sowie über einen Geschirrspühler verfügt. Die Station "Canal" (Metro, U-Bahn) ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Alles in allem war es dennoch ein sehr schönes und weiter zu empfehlendes Apartment.

Great stay. Apartment is on the top floor, with its own balcony. Flat it self was very clean and you had everything you’ll need for a great stay. My stay was great until the check out day, when I was promised to have a late check out, but for my surprise at 12, I had a knock on a door. When opening the door, there was a cleaner saying that she’s there to clean. I explained her, that I’ve been agreed an late check out, she keep arguing back on me saying no it 12 and I need to leave. Even after I showed her a confirmation email from the property management, she still kept going and talked to me in Spanish, which obviously I don’t understand, and told I need to leave. After a phone call to the management company, I was left in peace to keep going with my packing. This should happen if everyone would have communicated properly. Other then that I had a lovely stay.

You are renting a fully furnished and recently refurbished (Aug 2019) apartment. Stayed for about a week and cooked daily. Host met me in the lobby and let me check in early which was super. Showed me where everything is. They thought of everything for the apartment, lots of kitchen stuff. Everything you need for a longer stay. It's on a side street, and my bedroom window faced a plaza. There was some carryover noise from there but overall a quiet place. I would DEFINITELY stay again. In a residential area so nothing touristy close by which is good. LOTS of grocery stores, convenience store about 1 minute away which I used frequently. 30 seconds from a major road to get a taxi. Walkable to the Metro IMHO. Didn't use the TV so can't speak to that, or if there is a washer (didn't need one). Wi-fi was great. I had to buy my own replacement TP. WARNING: I left early Sunday morning (7 AM). I was told to leave the key on the kitchen table and just shut the door. There is an entry gate that requires a key to open. I couldn't find the doorman button to open it from the lobby. I pushed every button I could find haha. I am so glad I checked first. Probably not the best idea, but ended up propping the gate open with a piece of wood, left the apartment with keys on table, then was able to leave the building. If I had left the keys in the apartment 1st I would have been trapped OUTSIDE the building but INSIDE the courtyard haha. Maybe I just needed better instructions / photos.

Todo nuevo. Ubicación perfecta, muy bien comunicado. La posibilidad de aparcamiento en el mismo edificio un plus. Recepción y atención del personal buenísimo. Vengo habitualmente por trabajo a Madrid así que repito seguro.

Me gustó especialmente la ubicación y la buena comunicación con el Centro. El apartamento es muy luminoso, todo exterior y está recién reformado. El edificio es moderno y tiene una entrada con una recepción y un vestíbulo precioso. La cocina está muy bien equipada. La habitación con baño en suite muy cómoda. El apartamento hace honor a su nombre: realmente me sentí como en casa. Por último, la excepcional acogida de Paula: encantadora. Felicidades ;)
