Our modern apartment offers:

- Two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. Both rooms feature spacious closets for your belongings.

- A cosy living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests, a TV, a dining table with chairs, and air conditioning.

- A fully equipped kitchen with a glass-ceramic stove, washing machine, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker with coffee, and all necessary kitchenware.

-A full bathroom with a shower, equipped with essential amenities such as hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, and a hair dryer.

-An enclosed terrace for enjoying a quiet moment, regardless of the weather.

This second-floor apartment (please note there is no lift) is perfect for families or small groups looking for a comfortable and stylish stay.

The house must be left clean; otherwise, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pet after check-in: 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighbouring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing the information from your DNI or passport via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover

Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door of the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodation.
