The stay was great. The staff is super friendly, the location is unbeatable, safe and close to Gran Via and the metro station. The AC isn’t as cold as it should be and you can’t play with the settings and the photos said it has a patio but it doesn’t.

The room we have checked into had a terrible smell of sewage so we requested a change. The next room we're changed to had the same issue and this time the air conditioning wasn't working properly in the sweltering heat. We requested a change of room the second time and it was the same issue and at this point we were exhausted and tired. The receptionists were abysmal and their excuse for the pungent smell was the room wasn't cleaned properly and that, we could have waited for a second clean instead of requesting a room change. Not worth the charge of a motel! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
