Temporary Rental FlatRecently renovated and decorated by a prestigious interior design team, it features two comfortable bedrooms, an independent kitchen and bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other two twin beds, and in the living room a sofa bed.It has air conditioning.Perfect location to explore all the cultural offerings that Madrid has to offer (Prado Museum, Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, Reina Sofía Museum, Royal Palace...) and stroll along Gran Vía, and even see some of its fantastic theatre and cinema shows.Additionally, it is very close to Retiro Park, the capital's lung, where you can spend a pleasant time enjoying its terraces, taking a boat ride on its pond, sunbathing, enjoying roller skating or cycling.The house is really cosy, we have decorated it with all our love so that it is like a small paradise where our guests can relax and feel at home.Services and common areasWe are located in the Retiro neighbourhood, known for being one of the most central, peaceful and elegant in the capital, near Paseo de la Castellana, Puerta del Sol, Gran Vía, Plaza Mayor and Retiro Park, in an unbeatable environment.The house is very well located, very well connected, close to bus and metro, and a few metres from a taxi rank, which can communicate in a few minutes with the airport.How to arriveFrom Airport or Train or Bus Station, you have Bus, Metro and Taxi, we can also send a car to pick you up, which a Taxi would cost you 30€ and waiting queues, we send you a car and we wait for you, not you (the price varies depending on the car you need). Buena ubicación

El apartamendo muy céntrico, a un paso de todo. Tal y como se ve en las fotos, amplio para 4 personas. A la llegada, tuvimos que esperar media hora a que llegase el anfitrión, íbamos con un niño de 2 años. Nos encontramos con una araña en la bañera y no había papel higiénico. Por lo demás el apartamento está muy bien.

La ubicación es ideal para visitar el centro de Madrid. Lo mejor del apartamento es que es silencioso, las camas son comodas y el agua de la ducha sale con fuerza Mejoraría la limpieza, porque a primera vista se ve limpio, pero al detalle había algo de polvo, un vaso sucio

Esta bien en general. Lastima que la calefacción no funcionara y la alcachofa de la ducha estuviera rota. A destacar que siendo un piso para 6 personas a los 10 minutos de uso de la ducha ya no hubiere más agua caliente.

La casa es muy acogedora, bien equipada y situada en un lugar muy céntrico, y a la vez muy silencioso. El mueble del baño, no esta acorde con el resto de la decoración.

Les plus : Appartement très très bien placé, à 5 min à pied du centre de Madrid. Il a du double vitrage, et est au troisième avec ascenseur. Propre et bien organisé. Deux chambres de deux, et un canapé lit dans le salon. Les moins : le canapé lit a des lattes cassées, donc pas du tout confortable. Le ballon d'eau chaude est minuscule => nous étions 5, et la cinquième personne s'est toujours lavée à l'eau froide, alors que les 4 autres avaient fait attention. Il s'agit donc plus d'un appartement pour 4 que pour 6.

Perfect location and huge apartment

The apartment was fantastic. Newer furniture, all the appliances you need in the kitchen, a small terrace to stand on, big bathroom, bright...it really had it all. The building is in a great location, but know that it is a bit older so the elevator is typical of Europe (not a big fancy American elevator). There is a very nice hotel at the end of the street that readily gave me local information. The Seville Metro station was less than a 2 minute walk. Gran Via is only 5 minutes away. Plaza del Sol is about 7 minutes walking. Really, a terrific location and a great experience overall.

Terrible! Rooms not clean, Agency will NOT refund

Arrived at agency office and met with some who could barely speak english, picked up keys. Arrived to an apartment where EVERY ROOM needed cleaning. We called agency and explained in spanish we needed cleanig, she claimed she did not understand. wrote an email with photos of unclean room and got NO response until next day monday. We had to clean bathroom and bedrooms BEFORE we could use them , and this after being up for 24 hours in traveling. They apologized and only sent cleaners in afternoon . Since then after requests for a full refund they have only responded by refunding our cleaning deposit. They have not responded to requests to resolve. I'm also disappointed that Homeaway does little to correct this even tho they handle the reservation money and charge a fee.
